RECORDING
We
can record a full live band, a small string section, live drums, voice-over,
singer-songwriters with acoustic guitar and vocal, small jazz ensembles
-- you name it, we will do our best to meet your needs.
Mixing
We
take our time to ensure that your audio levels are blended together,
giving a sound that is pleasant to the ear, and with 100 + tracks and
a load of midi control there's a lot that we can do. We can sync pre-recorded
music to our machine so your home recordings are in perfect alignment
as well.
MASTERING
We
give your Audio the Professional Edge by a process that consists of
harmonic balancing and maximizing the perceived volume level without
sacrificing the dynamics of the audio itself. In other words, we make
it sound good, giving it the power of commercial CD's produced by big
labels and artists.
MUSIC
COMPOSITION
YRS
also specializes in original music composition through the studios team
of talented musicians and outside producers.
Restoration
Old
or live recordings can often times be restored to CD or near-CD quality
with state-of-the-art restoration tools and experience that can find
and remove most noise and degradation that your recording may have.
Restoration is a very unique process that is different with every job.
We have restored many recordings with many different challenges.
FORMATS
For
Mixing, Mastering and Restoration the following formats of audio are
acceptable: Cassette recordings, DAT tapes, Compact Disks and records.
Digital audio can be in most any file format compatible with the Windows
operating system. Your finished projects can be delivered in the following
formats: CD, mp3, and other streaming media available with Windows.

Recording Session: $40/hour

10 Hour Recording Session: $35/hour
* 10 Hour Full Production: $45/hour
Studio
time is booked with a minimum of 2 hours. You may schedule time during
our regular business hours between 10:00am & 7:00pm.
A
deposit is required to book a session, applied towards half of the booked
studio time. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel your booked
session with at least two days (48 hours) advance notice. Payment can
be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.
Prices
include the services of an Audio Engineer. Prices for larger productions
are negotiable. If you would like to lock in a fixed cost for an entire
project, please give us a call.
